| Serial Number: The serial number of your firearm. |
| Model: The model designation of your firearm. |
| Completed: If this field indicates "YES", either your NEOS does not require servicing or we have completed the service and are in the process of returning the firearm to you. If you are checking to verify if your NEOS requires service, you should also use the visual inspection techniques to confirm that your NEOS does not require service. |
Received Status: Please
refer to the following statuses and their corresponding meaning - MANIFEST - UPS has received your Call Tag request and is preparing to have a UPS Service Center pick up your NEOS. OUT FOR DELIVERY - You have generated a UPS Call Tag and UPS is in the process of attempting pick up. UPS will make three delivery pick up attempts on three consecutive business days following the generation of your call tag. IN TRANSIT - UPS has picked up your NEOS and it is en route to Beretta. Please check back later to see the delivery status. EXCEPTION - There is an issue with your shipment. Please go to the UPS web site and enter your tracking number above to obtain a detailed description of the exception. There can be numerous reasons for an exception status. |
| Status Date: This is the most current date of your shipment status as reported by UPS. |
| Inbound Tracking Number: This is the UPS-assigned tracking number for your shipment to Beretta. This tracking number may differ from the one you received when you generated your call tag as UPS will sometimes assign an alternate tracking number. If this field specifies "NONE" and a receipt date and/or Outbound information is shown, your NEOS may have been shipped to Beretta via a different means. |
| Current Status: The current rework status of your NEOS. If the pistol has not been received for rework, the status will be "NONE" |
| Ship Date: The date we shipped your Neos back to you. Shipments are typically by UPS 2nd Day Air. |
| Outbound Tracking Number: The UPS tracking number of the shipment back to you. |
| Date Updated: This is the last date that the status has been updated. |
