does not show up in our results, please check with the carrier
that shipped your firearm to us under
to confirm
that we have
received it and allow at least one day from the receipt date
until it shows up in our system.
Please note
that our average turnaround time on repairs is approximately
2 weeks. If you sent your firearm to us, you will receive a letter
via mail acknowledging receipt of your firearm. If you had your
dealer send your firearm to us, please check with your dealer
regarding the acknowledgement of receipt letter from Beretta,
as we send the letter to the address from which the firearm
was
shipped.
If you sent your firearm to a Beretta-authorized service center
for repair, please contact the respective service
center to check on the repair status.
